Kannur Town police have arrested a Malayalam serial actress, suspected to be part of a sex racket, on the charge of trying to induce a young woman into flesh trade after offering her a role in a television serial. Police said the accused has been identified as Greeshma,a malayalam tv serial actress who introduced herself as Arya, and she was held on Friday evening from Kannur railway station, when she tried to lure a young woman.
Kannur: A Malayalam Television serial actress was arrested Saturday for allegedly trying to persuade a woman into the sex racket business, promising her TV roles, police said.

Greeshma (32) of Mambram in Kannur district was arrested from the Kannur railway station, police sources said. Greeshma had allegedly been pestering the woman and the latter had complained to police.
